I got Hiko, with 3 threads in the nasal bridge and 1 thread in the nasal tip. I was satisfied, but this isn't permanent either, so I'm thinking about having surgery in the second half of the year. I had sedation anesthesia, and it didn't hurt. The swelling lasted about 5 days, anyway there were no problems with daily life after the procedure. But if I were told to do it again, I don't think I would, and I'd look into surgery right away instead.
