It’s already been about 13 years? since I got orthodontic treatment. I did it because my teeth were spaced apart, and I really don’t regret doing it (non-extraction). One thing I regret is that I wish I had looked into clinics more carefully. While I was getting orthodontic treatment at the original clinic, the doctor in charge changed once, and after my treatment was finished, the clinic itself disappeared, and another dental clinic opened in that spot. Patient records? I received them from the new dental clinic, so I’m going to that clinic now lol I haven’t really been going to my yearly checkups since maybe 2 years ago. Too lazy lol For retainers, I only have the one attached on the inside. The removable one? the one worn on the outside, I wore it for the first 2-3 years, then stopped because it was annoying. Anyway, I really don’t regret getting orthodontic treatment.
