The procedure itself didn’t seem that painful. When I did LAMS, I think the pain order was face < abdomen < upper arms I thought the face would hurt the most, but it didn’t!̄̈!̄̈? It was kind of fascinating!̄̈
Anyway, people I know really just think I worked hard at dieting, so I’m so happy LAMS definitely lets you return to daily life right from the day after the next, and you don’t have to wear compression garments, so I don’t think it’s very obvious that you had a procedure, hehe
