Rhinoplasty in Busan♥️ So satisfied

Before before after afterReason I got my nose done Honestly, my nose wasn’t that weird, but I saw an acquaintance’s rhinoplasty and completely fell for it, then thought about it for 5 years before finally doing it now... I thought a lot about Seoul versus Busan, and just when I was about to make a reservation in Seoul, it felt too much like a factory.. like they were pushing me to send the deposit quickly first.. I’m sure there are many other places that are good too, but as an office worker, when it was hard to go back and forth to Seoul.. I thought, let’s look in Busan too!!! and searched, then found Selfie in Busan. As soon as I had the consultation, because of the director’s kindness and detailed explanation, and the consultant’s endlessly kind attitude, I immediately scheduled surgery for the earliest possible date V

Surgery day I had trauma from sedation/local anesthesia during double eyelid surgery, so I had IV sedation with propofol (honestly, I worried a lot about doing it with propofol too) I got ready for surgery, had the design consultation, said please take good care of me, opened my eyes and huh???? It was all over. They said my septal cartilage was large enough that they didn’t need to use ear cartilage, so they only used septal cartilage!!! I stayed in the recovery room for about 30 minutes? then my boyfriend came to pick me up and I left right away. (Oh, for reference, the hospital gave me sterile gauze, cotton swabs, pumpkin juice, and dry shampoo♥️) As soon as I got home, I ate porridge, immediately took antibiotics, drank pumpkin juice~ When blood came from my nose onto the sterile gauze, I changed it whenever it got damp (it was my first time having a nosebleed hahaha). When sleeping, I set myself at about 45 degrees? and slept!! I slept 1 minute and woke up 1 minute. Wow, I wanted to breathe through my nose, and I just wanted to pull out the packing inside my nose myself......

Day 3

Wow, finally got the packing removed. After removing the packing, I could smell food and ended up eating all kinds of things. I came home, cleaned the house a bit, showered carefully so water wouldn’t touch my face, and felt seriously refreshed. I’m applying the eye ointment well once in the morning and once at night as instructed, and I’m going out for walks too. After removing the packing, it definitely feels like the swelling is gradually going down. I’m working hard with ice packs too!! The doctor said there was no problem with the nasal tip, and the nurse kindly explained how to disinfect the nose and apply the eye ointment!! After removing the packing, it feels like the swelling is going down faster!!

Day 7 Finally the day to remove the splint. From day 1 to 7, I did cold compresses for 3 days and warm compresses like crazy for 4 days. The eye swelling has now gone back to my normal eyes, and the bruising is still there! At the hospital, removing the splint was a little uncomfortable!! I got a swelling laser? treatment, had the stitches removed, and the doctor said it turned out very well!! After removing the splint, the swelling still hasn’t fully settled so it looks like Avatar, but I really love the side profile Thank you, Director Kim Jun-oh!!

One month There’s still a scar under the nose, but the swelling has gone down a lot, and it has become natural like my own nose. There was no inflammation or anything, and it healed so well. Maybe because they designed a nose that suits my face, I’m so satisfied!!! They said the remaining minor swelling will go down more over 6 months!! Personally, I don’t think there was any need to go all the way to Seoul, and I’m so satisfied that I would have regretted it if I had gone to Seoul!!!!!

Everyone, how does it look to you?? Does it look like it turned out well??
