It’s been 3 days since my nose surgery now, and it really hurts so much and is so hard.. I feel like the discomfort changes every day. Mouth breathing is so hard and uncomfortable, and when I woke up after sleeping, my tongue surface was all cracked and my tongue had turned red.. Does the inside of the mouth get this severely dry..? Now I’m a bit scared to sleep.. I sleep with a humidifier on, but it’s still like this. Did anyone have a way to manage dry mouth? I’m so worried. It’s serious enough that my tongue feels rough..
