The plastic surgery clinic I visited for the second time last year. For contouring and nose surgery, they recommended a natural line rather than an artificial one. It did not feel like they were recommending that only to me; that seemed to be the hospital's overall direction. The doctor explained things in detail, but I remember the manager being a little overwhelming.
