Revision surgery with donated rib cartilage for columella lengthening and silicone inserted into the nasal bridge. The cost was also not insignificant, so I had high expectations. The overall result was only moderately satisfying, but at this point there is concern about complications such as possible displacement or visibility of the columellar implant and drooping of the nasal tip.
