I had nose surgery about 5 years ago, and my nose had all of these: short nose, upturned nose, bulbous nose, and low nose! Just 3 months after the nose surgery, the septum inside my nose became deviated, so up to now I still can’t breathe through one nostril. As for improving the short nose, forget it, it turned into an upturned nose instead (not capsular contracture). But the line is really pretty I’m going to get revision surgery
