I did it for about 1 year and 8 months, and honestly I went through a ton of hardship, but I’m satisfied,, But the retainer is seriously such a hassle, so after finishing orthodontic treatment (March 2021), I wore it diligently for only about a year and haven’t been wearing it since,, Maybe because there are fixed retainers attached behind my upper and lower front teeth, there hasn’t been any major change, but I am a little worried,,
