I had alar reduction surgery about 2 years ago, but everyone who is only thinking about alar reduction should think about it one more time.. It was good that my nostril wings got smaller, but if you don’t operate on the fundamental issue, it doesn’t get fixed lolololol I used to think that if I had alar reduction surgery, my bulbous nose would be fixed. But the nasal tip is large, and the bulbous nose only improves when that is addressed I’m just upset that I only found that out after having alar reduction surgery I should have done everything at once Anyway, after this nose surgery, I really love the left side line of my face! lol If you directly compare the left-side line before surgery, it’s shockingly different. The nose height and the line, there isn’t a single part I dislike Also, after my nose surgery, my appetite really wasn’t that good.. Maybe because my nose felt blocked.. I was tired, so I just lay down a lot, and maybe because of that..
