I had implant-free rhinoplasty at ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ this past February. The doctor really pursues a natural look and safety, so I didn’t have swelling even right after surgery, and now it has gone down a lot. I do sometimes think maybe it would have been nice if it were a little more dramatic, but my issues were improved naturally, so I’m very satisfied!
