I had facial flushing, so in the past I received 6 sessions of an extremely expensive vascular laser treatment from a board-certified dermatologist, and the facial redness improved a lot.. But my pores are still large, there is still redness, makeup does not apply well, and when I apply foundation, my pores stand out;; so that is why I started exosomes. During the 1st session, there was a lot of bleeding, a lot of bruising, and everything ran down (because my pores are so large..), but by around the 5th session, the embossed bumps rose nicely and my skin texture improved a lot too. After exosomes, a lot of dead skin comes up, but it got better with exfoliation care. I got greedy and tried skin Botox this time too, and aside from not being able to smile well when I smile, I am satisfied. Since my skin has improved, I am getting even more ambitious and looking into Thermage, but it is expensive. Is there anything that could replace it?
