Phew, I had surgery in April 2017, so I’ll try writing a review
First of all, out of all the surgeries I’ve had, nose surgery ranks No. 1 in satisfaction for me
I only went to consultations at two places, and in the end I chose Naturalism Plastic Surgery Clinic It was more expensive than the first clinic I went to, but I remember choosing it because they seemed to pinpoint the issues in a way that was a bit closer to what I had in mind
First, I did not put in silicone My original nose was a little large and on the high side, but I wanted to get rid of the hump, and because I wanted to lift my drooping nasal tip, they shaved down only the hump to remove it, and used ear cartilage to lift the nasal tip And for the part where my nose was crooked, they did an osteotomy of the nasal bridge
I don’t remember the day of surgery clearly, but first of all, I had absolutely no pain, to the point where I wondered if I’d even had surgery.. But after sleeping for a bit, I was really incredibly swollen Oh, and not being able to lie down properly, and not being able to breathe properly because of the cotton inside my nose, was extremely uncomfortable
They removed the cotton after one day, and after one week removed the stitches and splint, and I’ve been doing well until now without any major side effects
Oh, when the splint was first removed, I thought that was my nose shape and thought it was ruined, but it turned out they say you need to wait about 3 months from that point for it to really be your nose I was shocked because, like a man’s nose, only my nose stood out But once the swelling went down completely, I was so satisfied
I think my impression and overall vibe changed a lot after nose surgery And one of the things I think was a good decision was having the surgery without silicone
Since there’s no implant, I feel like I barely have to worry about contracture, and because I lifted the nasal tip with ear cartilage, my nasal tip is a bit higher than my nasal bridge, so there’s a curve, but rather, because of that curve, people seem to wonder whether I had my nose done or not
Oh, if I had to name one side effect, it would be that my nostril shapes are different? But they said people’s faces keep changing, so it can’t really be helped And I don’t particularly want to have revision surgery just because of my nostrils I’m still satisfied enough now
