Before/before/after/after/after My nose was not originally low, but while having surgery for a hump nose, I also had a tendency toward an arrow-shaped nose, so I had surgery on the nasal bridge and nasal tip. Looking at people’s reactions after surgery, I do often hear that it looks obvious, but if I tried to have revision surgery here just to make it look natural, I think there would be no end to it. So I am living with self-satisfaction because the result is definitely better than before surgery.
