I had hybrid breast surgery, so I had fat grafting done together. Director Lee Jae-su said my breasts were pigeon-chested and the cleavage would not come together, so he suggested doing fat grafting too... If I had not done it together, I really would have regretted it. The cleavage formed naturally and it looks just right and pretty..
From the side, I am only wearing a camisole with thin pads... but what is this volume? haha Doesn't the volume look really maximized from the side compared with the front? I had no existing breast tissue at all, so I was just hoping so badly to have natural-looking volume, and it is not too much and seems to have turned out beautifully for my slim body
And even when I actually wear clothes, they look very voluminous... I love it so much. It used to be hard to try thin camisoles with only pads, but now that I have breasts, honestly I feel confident no matter what I wear.
The most comfortable thing is that even if I wear a camisole like that, I do not have to worry about volume and can just go out freely. It really improves quality of life. In the coming summer, I am going to walk around wearing only thin camisoles with built-in pads, and just thinking about it seems comfortable.

I had every bad condition: protruding ribs + inverted nipples + pigeon chest + skin that would not stretch. Director Lee Jae-su said that if we went too big, rippling could happen later, and if rippling happened, I might regret it, so he operated with an appropriate size and a pretty shape that suited me.
I truly do not regret listening to the director... If I had gotten greedy, it would have looked too unnatural, right?

If you have even a little existing tissue, you will look 200 times, 300 times prettier if you get surgery from Director Lee Jae-su.

During the consultation, he measured precisely with a ruler and even drew detailed pictures while explaining, so you should set aside at least an hour. He is really thorough, and it sticks clearly in your memory.
For the material, I debated a lot between Motiva and Mentor Xtra, but it definitely has FDA approval and the feel is good, so I am very satisfied that I chose Mentor Xtra. Right now, they feel so soft. And you might think breast surgery would be obvious when wearing slightly low-cut clothes, right?
It really does not show. My acquaintances all said it does not look like I had breast surgery! They look that natural, but still make my breasts look bigger:)

Personally, if you want a natural look and a pretty shape, I recommend Director Lee Jae-su. What I wanted was something that did not look too obviously like breast surgery, but still had a certain amount of volume. I am really, really one of the most timid people, but I was surprised because it hurt much less than I expected. Of course, saying it did not hurt at all would be a lie. The discomfort was greater than the pain. Since it was a transaxillary incision, using my arms was limited, but other than that, if you just endure one month, you really forget it all hahaha. It is true. I went back to work after one week! But I also think pain depends on the surgeon's skill. Some of my other friends said it hurt so much they felt like they were dying.. I was surprised because it hurt less than I expected hahaha
Personally, I recommend transaxillary incision over inframammary incision. Since the incision follows the wrinkle line of the armpit, it barely shows, and I do not even have 10% of a scar left. But with an inframammary incision, I think the scar would probably last longer!!
I really like swimming pools and public baths, but I was stressed because of my breasts. Now I just go so confidently. And I am so happy when people glance at my breasts because they look pretty. I only regret that if I had done it in my early twenties, I could have enjoyed this happiness more. When you read reviews, they really only say to do it even one day sooner. I relate to that so much, and if you are thinking about it, find the right hospital and at least get a consultation soon!! I also made a big decision, but I regret worrying too much and having the surgery late.
