My skin is sagging now and there’s a lot of excess skin, but they suggested doing the two-line technique. Why would that be? It seems like that place does the two-line technique for all revision surgeries. My current eyelids are hollowed, and the skin is also extremely thin, but they said they would do fat grafting + ptosis correction + the two-line technique. From what I found, the two-line technique seems like it could leave scars and cause wrinkles. Could they be doing that because an incision would make the next revision surgery difficult? I was planning to do it here, but I’m hesitant because I think the disadvantages may be significant for me. Is there anyone who knows the two-line technique well?
