If you use nasal septal cartilage and ear cartilage as rhinoplasty materials, does it look pretty at the time but droop after 6 months..? No matter how well it's done and how high it's raised? So what do you think about just using autologous costal cartilage for the primary surgery and finishing it in one go..? I already don't have money for revision surgery lolololololol Does autologous costal cartilage eventually droop too....?
