I had a 6:00 appointment and went in after 6:40. The consultant was very kind! However, she wouldn’t stop praising(?) the director, so it felt excessive. Since it was my first consultation, I wanted to look around more before deciding, but she said cancellation was free up to 4 days before, so I should put down a deposit and think about it.. I felt a bit pressured. (If you want a refund of the deposit, you have to go in person to cancel, which is inconvenient!!!) On the date I wanted, only the vice director could perform surgery, so the event price didn’t apply.. The consultant recommended upper canthoplasty + ptosis correction + natural adhesion, and Vice Director Jung Min-kyung said I didn’t need canthoplasty and only needed natural adhesion + ptosis correction. She said I use my forehead only about 10-20%, and while thinking it over, said it would become more comfortable; after considering it, she added ptosis correction at the end too! When she was marking the line, I think I tilted my head a lot.. It felt like double eyelids suited me less than I expected.. I kept asking her to mark it again.. She recommended an in-out line rather than semi-out! Director Jung 00 seemed quite firm!

I had a 3:00 appointment and went in around 3:45. The consultant recommended upper canthoplasty + ptosis correction + natural adhesion. Since I had been told at Pop that my eyes weren’t the type that necessarily needed upper canthoplasty, I asked whether I really had to do upper canthoplasty, and she tapped the monitor and responded, “You have to do upper canthoplasty for the double eyelid to become like this. Are you not going to do it like this?” It made me feel really bad. Even my younger sibling who came in with me said, what kind of attitude is that, and that it seemed like they had no intention of keeping a customer!! The director marked the line, and I said that although I had chosen semi-out, if semi-out didn’t suit me, I was also considering an in-out line. After marking it a few times, she just said, “Semi-out works,” and rather than feeling like she was choosing what suited me better or fit my eyes, it felt like: since you came for semi-out, I’ll do semi-out for you...? She consulted only by looking at what the consultant had written down.. After the director left, the consultant came in and said, “Do you understand that you need upper canthoplasty?” So I said, “Ah, yes, yes,” and maybe she realized I wasn’t going to book, because she didn’t separately explain the surgical method or deposit. She just gave me a business card... The consultant seems to have no service mindset..^^ I honestly just left feeling extremely upset,,,,, sigh

I had a 4:30 appointment and went in quickly around 4:40. The short waiting time was nice. The consultant was fine. Not overly kind, but not unpleasant either..? However, she used forms of address like “friend~”... I do have some age on me... maybe she thought I looked too young,, Aside from that, it was neat. She told me exactly what was necessary, no more and no less. The consultant recommended partial incision + upper canthoplasty! Ah! I went specifically requesting Director Lee, but she asked about 3-4 times whether I had any thoughts of seeing Director Yoon instead, so that felt a bit,, excessive. Director Lee came in, tried marking my eye line alone about 3-4 times, then said, “Mm~ this line suits your eyes well. Now I’ll have you hold up the mirror~” and showed me the line, and it was sooooo perfectly pretty.. This is exactly it! That’s what I thought!!!! It was the line I hadn’t found even once at the previous clinics..! It was fascinating. The director said that after marking my eye line, if it held for a few seconds, he would recommend natural adhesion, and if it loosened right away, he would recommend incision. For me, one side held and one side loosened right away, and he said I had a little fat on my upper eyelids, so he recommended partial incision. For upper canthoplasty, he immediately erased it, saying I didn’t really need it.
------------------------ I put down a deposit at the last clinic, but I keep searching for side effects or botched cases just in case Maybe because it’s my first double-eyelid surgery, I’m worrying so much, and I’m so scared something will go wrong..
