I had nose surgery a year ago, but it was too pointy and high, and since it turned out very dramatic, I had a lot of worries.. The cartilage showing through at the nasal tip was stressful too After worrying about it, I decided to get revision care after 1 year. They said it would be a simple surgery because it was nasal tip cartilage removal + dermis grafting, but when I woke up, I had packing and a splint, and it hurt and swelled more than my first surgery... I thought I wouldn't need a splint or packing, but oh my god Since it was general anesthesia, my throat hurts so much too. During my first surgery, the packing made me feel stuffy, but my nose didn't hurt, so why does my nose hurt so much this time When I had my first surgery, I thought if I ever did this again I'd be crazy, but somehow I'm here doing it again I’m going to get the packing removed the afternoon after tomorrow, but seriously, how do I get through this I don’t know, what happened to my nose too..? They said it could become rounder and lower, but they didn’t make it into a bulbous nose, right..? Has anyone here only had the nasal tip removed?
