I’m 5 weeks after rhinoplasty and my columella is crooked. Of course my nostrils are uneven too.. After the splint was removed, I noticed it and told the clinic, and they said it was swelling and that once the swelling goes down, the columella will return straight, so I’m waiting for now. The nostril asymmetry has improved a little, but they’re still uneven. You can see it if you look carefully? But the columella still looks crooked, and it shows in selfies too, but with the rear camera it shows a lot, like it was pulled hard to the side .. Is this really swelling? I do think I’m the type who has quite a lot of swelling, but I’m so scared
