Nose surgery for a droopy witch nose

Before/after arrow nose, witch nose, droopy nose... That was all about me. I had nose surgery once because of a hump, but the hump wasn’t corrected, and the nasal tip kept drooping more and more, so it only made my drawbacks stand out even more.
