I had my first double eyelid surgery at a local clinic where my friend had gone. It was done with an incisional method, and the left side came out with a higher crease, so they matched the right side to the left by making it higher with a non-incisional buried-suture method, but it came undone within just a few months… I lived with uneven eyes for 5 years and now I’m looking into revision surgery. For the eye that had buried sutures placed over the incisional double eyelid line, does that mean there are two threads inside?? I want to go somewhere that removes threads, but I’m curious whether there are two threads in there
