Seeing this director was the purpose of the visit, so even after going to another consultation and having lunch, I came back and still waited another 50 minutes before the consultation.. I was really about to lose it at the end, but held it in. If it overlaps with surgery, they should either not make consultation appointments or contact people in advance. The director said that even if a consultation patient is waiting while he's in surgery, he personally doesn't feel rushed.. and said in the same way, he'll do that during my surgery too, so I can feel reassured, but that's obvious..
