SMILE LASIK Review

I first chose this hospital after getting a recommendation from an acquaintance who had surgery there. Before surgery, my eyesight was very poor, so I had a lot of worries about whether I would even be able to have the procedure. But I thought, if I was just going to keep worrying, I should at least get an examination, so after receiving my acquaintance’s recommendation, I went in for the exam. The examination process was systematic, and I was first of all pleased that I could complete the tests quickly without delay. After the examination, during the consultation, I was informed about the cost and the surgical process. Since my eyesight was very poor and I also had severe astigmatism, there would be a lot of corneal tissue that needed to be removed, so I was told that regular SMILE LASIK might be a burden, and we discussed SMILE PRO surgery. The price was much higher, but its advantages were greater stability and a much shorter surgery time, which meant less burden on the patient. Just as explained during the guidance process, the surgery proceeded very quickly and was completed safely and successfully. On the day of surgery, I, the writer, had stinging eyes, tearing, and severe pain, so I was unable to do anything and rested at home. But the next day, the pain and foreign-body sensation disappeared completely, and I could see clearly. After reading other reviews, I understood why people kept saying they had found the light, or that you should find the light too. From the very next day, there were no problems serious enough to interfere with daily life. There was a slight foreign-body sensation and some eye dryness, but it was not a major issue. From about one week after surgery, my eyes naturally felt like they had always been this way, and compared with right after the surgery, my vision gradually improved to about 0.8-0.9. And now, at the time I am writing this, my vision has improved to 1.0-1.2, so I have been able to have eyesight even better than the average person. If someone asked me whether I regret it, I could confidently say I have no regrets. I am satisfied enough to say I would recommend it to others as well. If, like me, your eyesight is poor and you want to do it but feel worried, I recommend at least getting an examination first.
