First of all, during the consultation, the director had so much pride in his work that it was almost intimidating, but once I actually booked the surgery, he treated me really well. But my nose is on the thick and long side, so it kind of looks masculine, and he said osteotomy would make it look even longer, so he didn’t recommend it. I really only had the nasal tip done with septal cartilage... haha The result is,,, I’m satisfied, but it’s so natural that no one notices lololol haha So I do feel like maybe I want to raise the nasal bridge later, but they said I don’t exactly have no bridge at all, so honestly I’m not sure.. For now, recovering after surgery was so hard that I really don’t know
