Hi! Today is day 24 after surgery!! Since 3 days before surgery, time seems to have passed so quickly for me. These days I’m focusing on swelling care and weight management, and I’ve returned to daily life where I’m also back to the exercise I was doing before surgery! I introduced this in my previous post, but before surgery my stats were 171 cm and 80.9 kg, and today as I’m writing this, my fasting weight is 76.1 kg!!! My goal for next week was 75 kg, and I won’t let my guard down over the weekend and will work hard!! Today, as I returned to exercise, I tried on a cropped sweatshirt that I couldn’t wear out before because my belly stuck out too much!! Before photo and current photo! How is the change? I can’t believe I can see this kind of change in less than a month It really became clear motivation for me I had the surgery while living on my own, secretly without my family knowing, and I’m meeting my family during this holiday, so I want to get thinner quickly and surprise them, you know???? Let’s all keep going with our diets, everyone
