I had under-eye fat repositioning, and maybe because fat was removed from the area under my aegyo-sal, only that part became sunken and dark I looked it up on YouTube and some say it comes back, but has anyone experienced symptoms like this? Do I need fat grafting? I heard that can also have serious side effects.
