7-week review of lateral lower and epicanthoplasty

Before<before surgery>After<after surgery>7-week review of lateral lower and epicanthoplasty

I went to a hospital that was mentioned a lot for being good at lateral and lower canthoplasty. During the consultation, the director was kind, and I had it opened as much as the director recommended.

The surgery sometimes stung and hurt, but it was tolerable.

On days 1 and 2, there was swelling and bruising. From day 3, conjunctival edema developed and gradually got worse. Then my eye bled, so I was worried, but for now it’s fine. The conjunctival edema went down around 2 weeks. The stitches were removed on days 5 and 8, and I think after 2 weeks, daily life is possible to some extent.

After 2 weeks, there weren’t any noticeable changes, and now at week 7, the scars from the lateral lower canthoplasty remain, and the tissue at the back seems to be slightly lifted away from the eye. The hospital said it would get better with time.

When I compare with old photos, I can definitely see that my eyes got much bigger. And it’s become easier when doing makeup. If anyone is thinking about it, I recommend lateral lower canthoplasty.
