Feeling the need for care after facial contouring~

Before <before surgery> Before <before surgery> Before <12 months after surgery> Before <12 months after surgery> Before <12 months after surgery> Facial contouring is honestly a major surgery, and it feels like just yesterday that I was struggling with swelling and pain after the surgery. Now that it’s been 1 year, maybe because there’s nothing different from before surgery in daily life anymore, it starts to feel like it was no big deal~ But it definitely wasn’t an easy surgery~ haha Even just a few months ago, I was a little hesitant about eating things that were too hard, but now I don’t worry about it and I’m eating everything well without hesitating. But this is the trap!!!!!!! I’m gaining weight!!!!!!!!! Even before the surgery, the director said that after facial contouring, the effect would be greater if I managed it while dieting.. After the surgery, I didn’t feel any sagging, so although I did things like extractions, I never had lifting care or anything like that. But as my weight went up, fat started appearing on my chin….. But what’s interesting is that in photos, I can’t feel the weight gain at all, so it’s fascinating~~ People around me are also saying I seem to have gained weight, so I’m trying to lose it.. I might have to start swimming again.. I guess it’s true that if you stop exercising midway, you gain weight~~ Anyway, dieting is a lifelong task for women~~ haha Still, after facial contouring, I don’t need to keep getting the jaw Botox and chin filler I used to get regularly, so it’s really convenient, and I’m so glad I don’t get stressed about it. The change that facial shape gives is really huge~~ For the first few days after surgery, it was hard because of the swelling and pain, but personally, my life now is so~~ happy~~ Oh, and there was a time when I poked my chin pretty hard with a pen It hurt a bit. My grandmother’s house is in Seoul, so since I’m going up this time, I’m thinking I might go for a follow-up. It’s been a while since I got poked, so it doesn’t hurt and only the mark is left, but still, I’m a bit nervous...
