Before/after/after I had surgery for a square jaw and cheekbone reduction at Grand, and personally, I'm very, very satisfied. Before, even when I got regular lifting treatments for maintenance, the effects were short-lived, and there wasn't the big change I wanted, so my satisfaction wasn't that high. But after getting facial contouring, the areas I was concerned about definitely improved, so I'm very, very satisfied!!
