Can multiple double-eyelid folds caused by a loosened partial incision only be fixed with a full incision? It came undone, but it seems like adhesions have already formed for about 6 months, so they said that even if I do a partial incision, another extra fold could form. But I'm worried because of scarring… Still, techniques and skills are better these days, so maybe even with an incision, the scar won't be too noticeable..
