Since it’s past midnight, I guess it was yesterday...... I went into surgery around 10 a.m. on December 16 and woke up around 1-2, I think. First of all, I have mandibular hypoplasia and a recessed chin, and my face is on the small side. It’s just that I suddenly gained fat on my face and double chin, but I’d still lived hearing that my face was small But when I saw my side profile, maybe it’s genetics, my chin was so far set back. Every time I took photos it looked recessed~~~~~~ From the front it was okay, but from the side it was Hong Hyun-hee level. Of course, the chin fat too lol. So I went for a consultation, and my personality is the type to just get everything done at once, so at the consultation that day I scheduled surgery for three or four days later So that was today..
Anyway, after gargling and washing my face, I lay down on the operating table and suddenly got scared. Until the day before, I was debating whether to do it or not, but in the morning I opened my eyes and found myself on the way there...... They put a needle in my wrist and said, “Now~ anesthesia will start~~ take a deep breath~,” and the moment they brought the mask to my mouth, I just went blank~ and blacked out lol. Then when I opened my eyes, I was in the hospital room I don’t think I even did anything like expelling gas. I didn’t feel nauseous either, just like, ah, my chin area hurts so much... that level? Since I had the compression band and ice pack on, my face felt so heavy, and the chin area was throbbing, like when you get orthodontic braces lol. At first 80-90% of my thoughts were, why did I do this.... f*** f*** f***.... I should’ve just gotten filler or double-chin injections... those thoughts?????? And.. maybe because I came without sleeping, I’m so tired, but it hurts so I can’t sleep because it’s throbbing....... I think I kept sleeping for about 10 minutes and waking up. Maybe because I had surgery in the morning, time was passing sooooo slowly. Ha.. even now, my eyes are so tired but I can’t sleep.. maybe because the bed is raised a bit And I can’t open my mouth either. The nurse brought me a syringe and told me to drink water with it, but how do I drink when my mouth won’t open My throat is sore for now... When swallowing saliva, it’s not as painful as COVID Omicron, but it’s half of that And I didn’t have a drain, but they put in a urinary catheter.. They’ll remove it later, and I’m scared of that too lol. Up to now, about 70% of me thinks, why did I willingly put myself through this trouble.... I guess it’s because time is passing slowly............ It’s not like, ahhh it hurts terribly, but.... I think there’s mental stress... I also had double-chin liposuction, so my neck hurts too.. It’s completely swollen, so my mouth and the area around my chin won’t move........... Still, hearing people come into the rooms next door makes me feel like I have comrades, so I feel relieved^^....... When some time passes, I’ll come leave another update~~~~~~~
