After revision rhinoplasty, I experienced a side effect where an internal nasal suture thread protruded outside the skin. I could feel it when touching it, and the color stood out, so it bothered me, but there was no pain, so I left it alone for the time being. Then that area turned red and caused a yellow, hard inflammatory reaction like a pimple, so in the end they opened my nose again and cut out the thread. The photo is from when it was inflamed, and currently I’ve been monitoring it for nearly 5 months because of pigmentation. It’s not as bad as back then, but the pigmentation is still there Has anyone experienced something protruding outside the skin like I did?
