I have a case like that. Has anyone had lower blepharoplasty? It seems like people whose under-eye fat bulges a lot get really big results, but I don’t have that much fat, and if anything, it feels more hollow because my skin seems thin. So I’m worried it’ll look really sunken after surgery I went around for consultations at ㅇㅅㅋ, ㅅㅋㅊ, and ㅅㅍㄹㅅ, and only ㅅㅍㄹㅅ recommended lower blepharoplasty. The other two recommended fat grafting. But at ㅅㅍㄹㅅ, they said if I do fat grafting, my aegyo-sal would disappear. I did kind of think that too.. But I feel like a case like mine probably won’t show a dramatic difference,,
