I originally had rhinoplasty with silicone, and when I’m under fluorescent lights, the silicone implant shows clearly, so I wanted to change the material and went around for consultations. More than half of them said I should use autologous costal cartilage. They said my skin is thin and has a limit to how much it can stretch. In that case, using rib cartilage would be the answer, right? Do I not need to go for more consultations?
