This is a review after going to ㅈㅇㅈㅇ for a first-time nose surgery consultation.
I called and went with a same-day appointment at 7:30, and the consultant was okay, nothing special. The consultation with the director lasted about 10 minutes, and he kindly consulted me while drawing pictures. At first he looked at my face and said I was pretty, so did I really need to do it, while kindly explaining things, but since it was my first time, I regret that I could not ask many questions.. After looking at my nose, he said it was slightly deviated and wide, so I needed hump correction and medial osteotomy to narrow the nose. He said my nasal bridge itself was high, so only a very, very small amount of silicone would go in. (Later, after coming home and thinking about it, I decided that if only a little silicone was going to be inserted, it would probably be better not to do it at all.. because I am scared of side effects.) He said the nasal tip would be done with cartilage + septal cartilage, and aside from the hump, it was what I had expected, so the consultation ended uneventfully.
Afterward, I had a meeting with the consultant. At first she quoted 3.96 million won, but then said the director would do it for 3.3 million won as a same-day booking on the condition that I provide only nose photos. So, first of all, the price difference was huge, and since it was my first time, and it was also a famous place, I somehow felt bewitched and came out after putting down a deposit. But she said that if I talked it through well and canceled the booking by next Friday, they would refund the full amount. After coming home and thinking about it, silicone felt too scary, and if my nasal bridge is not on the low side, they said I could see a nose-narrowing effect with medial osteotomy, so since it is also my first cosmetic surgery, I felt sure that I wanted to have surgery without an implant. Since the deposit is 90% refundable up to 3 days before surgery, I am thinking of it as throwing away around 30,000-50,000 won and have booked consultations at 3 more places.
Director - He has done so many consultations that he is experienced and says only what needs to be said. If you prepare questions, he would probably answer them all. He is on the kind side. Consultant - Okay / but there is some pressure to book on the same day.
