Before <hooked nose before surgery> After <after surgery> After <after> After <after> After <after> Because of my hooked nose and the way it turned into an arrow-shaped nose when I smiled, I tried fillers too, but they didn’t work, so I finally had surgery, and now it’s been 4 months! First of all, the biggest complexes I had, the arrow-shaped nose when smiling and the hooked nose, have been completely improved. At first I wondered if it was too high, but from around the 2-month mark, the residual swelling went down quickly and it became natural. Now it feels like this has settled into exactly my nose shape, and as long as it doesn’t change much from here, I think it’ll be perfect! My nasal bone wasn’t very thick, so they said I didn’t need an osteotomy, so I only had the hooked nose and nasolabial angle correction done, and they used silicone, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage.
