I got surgery as soon as I got accepted through early admission in senior year, and at the time I really hoped it wouldn’t be obvious when I went to college. But as time passed, I started thinking it would be nice if people noticed I spent money on it haha. I went after getting a recommendation, but after the CSAT they discounted it even more, so I was a bit annoyed. But since it was buried-suture double eyelid surgery, I wonder if it might come undone someday, and if so, would I have to do it again? These days it seems like a lot of moms also get double eyelid surgery. I don’t regret it because the buried-suture method looks natural, but I also feel like if I had done the incisional method, even though the swelling would go down more slowly, the chance of revision surgery might have been lower.
