I’m planning to get revision rhinoplasty, and with added dermis, donated rib cartilage, and ear cartilage, the quote came out to 9.7 million won They said my septum is small, so I need to use my own rib cartilage from the start.. Is it okay to use autologous rib cartilage from the beginning? I want a glamorous revision rhinoplasty using septal cartilage though.. Should I go around to other hospitals for consultations.? Please recommend a hospital that does glamorous noses well but is a bit more affordable
