Consultation review for complete nasal silicone removal and lowering cartilage

First of all, I live outside Seoul! I went to the hospital where I had my first surgery and got a consultation. Looking at other people here, they say they don't go to the hospital where they had their first surgery and instead go to the top three, but I really liked my first surgery and thought it was successful, so I don't think I specifically looked for another hospital! I had a 3 o'clock appointment, waited a little, then saw the director right away and talked. I got scolded for a few minutes... lol They asked why I wanted to remove it when it looks pretty, said the silicone on top makes the crookedness of my nose look less noticeable (this is true), and if I remove it, it will become shorter and look like my previous nose, and asked if I wanted to go back to my old nose.. But I don't want to go back to my original nose;; I said I wanted it removed because I was psychologically very anxious.. Then we talked about the surgical direction. They said that if I do it, the mid-bridge to nasal tip area would need to be reinforced? with dermis or cartilage, and the nasal tip cartilage would need to be lowered, something like that. When using autologous tissue, the side effects are much fewer than with silicone So I'm thinking about this again.. Then they said the discomfort I'm feeling now will gradually get better. The feeling of it being pulled to one side and the slightly tight? kind of sensations! If I do surgery, they recommend doing it after at least 6 months have passed. Right now, the surgical area is still a little hard and there is scar tissue, so it can't be done now. I asked about capsule removal, and they said in my case they wouldn't remove the capsule. If there is inflammation, the capsule absolutely has to be removed, but since I don't have inflammation or anything like that, they won't remove the capsule. A few days ago, I posted asking whether scar tissue forms in this area, right? When I told the director about that area, they also said it was scar tissue. Then I asked about the cost, and they said this doesn't qualify for AS because it's simply a change of mind.. It's true that I'm not getting AS because I have a complication. So they said it would count as revision surgery cost, and I had a cost consultation with the consultation manager and am on my way back down now. Oh, if I proceed, consultation -> CT scan -> consultation -> surgery They said it would proceed like this. They said the surgery would be complete silicone removal and lowering the nasal tip cartilage. I'm so torn.. The price isn't too burdensome either Still, removing it is probably the right choice, right..?
