I have an appointment booked for next month I decided to lower only the columella with a closed approach They described it as a very simple surgery with a short operation time When I look at this director’s review photos, the aesthetic sense matches mine But I’m worried about possible major side effects (inflammation, scarring, necrosis, etc.) My nasal tip is in a state where the ear cartilage shows through slightly, and here as well as about 6 other hospitals said it wasn’t to the point of needing correction, and that if it gets worse, I should remove it...
