After Before Before It has been 5 months since my nose surgery, and from right after surgery, the nasal tip was crooked, so I asked the clinic, and they said they would do an after-service correction and even set a date. I live abroad, so I couldn’t go right away and decided to go after 6 months.
My original nose was somewhat high, very bulbous, and long, and they said they did osteotomy, septal extension, used donated costal cartilage, and put in 1.5 mm silicone.
But when it was swollen, I couldn’t really tell. From the front, except for the crooked nasal tip, it has gotten much smaller compared with my old nose, but from this 45-degree angle, my midface looks longer than before and Pinocchio-like, so people ask if I’m Italian. Before, they used to ask if I was Filipino.. f***, I want to look Korean. Since my nose is crooked anyway, I need revision surgery, but I really have no idea what direction to take. Is there no answer for a high bulbous nose? Everyone, please help me~ I’d be really grateful if you could give me advice. 1. Should I lower the nasal tip? 2. Should I remove the implant/materials? 3. Should I change the line? 4. What line do I even have?
