Hehehe, just like the title says, since I spent the money anyway... this time I wanted it a bit more noticeable and glamorous.. But not too glamorous lol maybe natural-glam? Around that level. At the hospital where I had my first surgery, when they first removed the splint, I really liked it.. But as time passed, it started to look like I hadn’t done anything? It became natural;;;
This time, when getting revision rhinoplasty, I wanted it clearly... noticeable.. long-lasting.. lol with good maintenance.. without much deformation.. and as I looked into it, autologous costal cartilage... was essential.
Still, this time lol I’m glad it seems like I got a nose that won’t just be pretty briefly and then disappear, but one that will last well!
