Before, after, after, after. After my first double-eyelid surgery, I was concerned about an unwanted semi-out line, a thin sausage line, droopy eyes, and scars. So for several years, I only worried because I was scared of side effects, then decided to get it over with while I had time off and started looking into clinics. I did legwork at several clinics. My criteria were mostly private clinics and specialists with over 10 years of experience. Among three clinics, during consultation I said I was concerned about improving my droopy eyes and scars. For the scars, the doctor honestly said they might not disappear completely, but he would try to make them as good as possible. He also drew the line I liked the most, so I chose Tobi. I was worried because it’s a new clinic, but I chose where my heart was drawn, and I think it turned out well with no regrets. I had revision incisional double-eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and lateral/lower canthoplasty, and I’ve now entered week 2. The subconjunctival hemorrhage in my left eye has improved a lot, and unlike my first surgery, the swelling also seems to be going down quickly, so I’m happy! I really like the line, and they did the lateral/lower canthoplasty without making it excessive, so I like it so much. My younger sibling and my dad both said it was done well! Once the swelling goes down a bit more, I think I’ll be able to go around without glasses! I’m very satisfied.
