For the 1st one, I wanted a high, glamorous nose! At that time, donor costal cartilage + Gore-Tex were used, but it was too high, and my bulbous nose did not improve, so for the 2nd one, I had the implant replaced with a lower one. They said that if bulbous nose correction is done a lot, blood circulation may be impaired and inflammation could occur, but they said they would do it safely, so I think I was able to have the surgery with one less worry!!
