Before-after-after-after Hello, before I knew it, 7 months have passed since surgery!
Writing this review now, I’ve left about 5 posts documenting my recovery process after surgery haha. Y Oral & Maxillofacial Clinic said that about 6 months after surgery, the swelling would be almost completely gone.. and they were right haha, chills!
I originally had a face on the thinner side with not much facial fat.. Now that the swelling is completely gone, my face has gotten smaller! People around me also ask why my face has gotten so small haha.
My recovery went really well, and I think my face has settled naturally. Thank you to the director and the staff at Y Oral & Maxillofacial Clinic who worked hard to take care of me,,
I can open my mouth well, and I don’t have pain or anything like that. However, my lower lip and the inside of my mouth still feel numb, and they say I need to wait and see up to 1 year. I should keep doing mouth exercises steadily!!
Now I go to the hospital once a month just to check my orthodontic appliance. Other than that, I’m doing well without any particular discomfort :)
It’s the end of the year and I have a lot more plans, so I think I’ll be able to spend the year-end and welcome the new year with more confidence!!
