I had osteotomy, hump nose correction, septal cartilage, and nasal tip elevation. It’s now day 20 after surgery. They overcorrected my nasal tip a bit, so I think I’ll be satisfied if just the tip comes down a little..!! There won’t be anything like inflammation or contracture from the osteotomy, right..?? I think of osteotomy as a major surgery, so I’m a bit worried The nasal tip will gradually come down, right..?? I really love the side view, but I’m still not sure about the front view..!
