First of all, the consultation manager showed me a Photoshopped image, and it was so pretty that I booked right away. But the surgical result was not like that, and after surgery I developed rhinitis and my nose became crooked. Also, the nasal tip has drooped a lot, so I’m considering revision surgery. Compared to before, the hump is gone and the shape has improved, but... it’s disappointing that the nasal tip is low, and the crookedness is getting a bit worse as time passes
