Almost every clinic followed this order: coordinator consultation (desired points) > consultation with the surgeon > coordinator again (price, other questions). * Dr. ㅍㄹㅇㅂ_ㅇㅈㅎ - Took photos before going in and looked at them together during the consultation. Taking the photos felt very embarrassing lol, headband - Seems to prefer a more glamorous look - Explained things while drawing. But I did not like the drawing they made. - Recommended osteotomy, silicone, alar reduction, and lowering the columella - I said I wanted to avoid implants, but they said if I did that, there would be no frontal effect, satisfaction would be lower, and I would end up needing revision surgery. - They firmly said CCTV would not be allowed - Base 5.28 million / +1.10 million if rib cartilage is added = 6.38 million * Dr. ㅇㅂㄹ_ㄱㄷㅇ - CT scan before going in, but consultation fee is free - The doctor was very cheerful and kind. They also said alar reduction was not recommended because it would not turn out pretty (I agree). - No osteotomy x, slightly reduce the hump, make a soft line without curves, slightly bring out the columella, refine the alae, alar reduction not recommended, use fascia from behind the ear to fill depressed lines, tip shape with ear cartilage and septal cartilage - They noticed that when I look at people I tend to slightly lift my face and look downward at them (kind of like looking down on them?) and said the nostril angle would need to be adjusted in surgery.
