I had two Excel V wavelengths done, and I had the mode for removing under-eye veins, capillaries, and facial flushing. I'm satisfied. I'm job hunting so I don't have money, but after I get a job, I plan to definitely get it once a month.. The pain only hurt enough to make me say "ah" when treating the under-eye veins, and the rest was okay. Downtime was only under the eyes, about 2-3 days. I don't know who the doctor in charge was. It was a male director, but his name isn't on the website.
